Yu Noodles

One of the things we like best about Yu Noodles is that it's open. We got pork soup dumplings, chicken & noodles in scallion oil, and dessert.

The noodles were very flavorful. What was the flavor? Delicious. Working on my chopsticks skills. Didn't end up needing the fork. Feeling pretty good about it.

I picked up the pork soup dumpling and thought, "How am I going to eat this??" I eventually figured it out. The dough was really good -- a little bit chewy.

For dessert we got the mango pomelo sago. It was refreshing. It was confusing. It was good?? It reminded me of rice pudding.
