Mizu - The Denver Airport

Funnily enough, this is the second time I've reviewed airport ramen.
The pork is chewy and seared. In terms of flavors, it's really giving pork.
I like the egg. The fish cakes were good, as usual. The noodles just slide into your mouth. I tried the bamboo shoot, it was good! it was chewy and also crunchy.
