The National Museum of Natural History

Don't sleep on the National Museum of Natural History as a great place to eat! We ate at the Atrium Café. You know what their pizzas remind me of? The ones from Choolaah; their flatbread pizzas are similar. The cheese blend was all mozzarella -- this is not a bad thing, just an observation.

The mac and cheese was SO cheesy. The top was crispy. The middle was creamy. The bottom was normal. The crispy cheese bits on the side were my favorite part.

The vanilla cupcake was like eating a stick of butter. This is a compliment. And don't ask how I know what a stick of butter tastes like.

We also ate under a giant shark. That was pretty cool.
