The shrimp tacos. They weren't at all what I was expecting. The shell was so much crunchier and crispier than I thought. The lime added a nice citrus flavor.
The grits. Oh man, the grits. The grits were the star, the meat was the background character.
The lemon mousse was creamy. The bottom was a sponge cake, which had a very different consistency than the mousse on top.
