I got the "Melting Cow." Good name. The bread was sourdough, which is the best bread for grilled cheese. There was cheese, and then there was cheese, and then there was just so much more cheese. Amazing cheese pull. If you looked at the cross-section, you would see cheese, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. One of the best grilled cheeses I've ever had.
