Guadalajara Mexican Grill - Fried Ice Cream

It was a crispy tortilla shell - not deep fried, but 'lite' fried. The ice cream tasted good. It tasted like ice cream. The crumbles were a nice touch. There was whipped cream in the corners and it added something to it.
