Three things: they gave us free wings, which were the most delicious combo of sweet, spicy, and crunchy. We also got pork belly buns which were nice and pillowy like eating a bread cloud infused with pork belly. And we got dumplings which were chewy, meaty, and all about the crust. My only regret is not coming here earlier.
