Blue Pan Pizza

We had a Detroit-style pizza. It was called the Brooklyn Bridge.


This is the way Denverites do it. It's like a salty cloud, but then you put sauce on it, but then you pipe ricotta on it. The crust was crispy and cheesy. The dough was the best part.
